Before I transitioned into UX design, I worked as an architectural designer for seven years+ During those time, I learned to design beautiful and practical physical spaces for people within a limitation of various factors such as constructibility, energy efficiency, sustainability, code, and budget. All the projects required me to work in teams with designers, engineers, and technical consultants. It was vital that I was able to communicate the design to all stakeholders.
I’m originally from Bangkok, Thailand. I moved to Providence, RI, for grad school and now to New York City.
About Me
From Architecture to
Digital Product
Digital product is a fascinating field where everything keeps changing and evolving quickly. When I first learned about digital products, I was fascinated by how valuable and impactful a product can be to a large number of people. I enrolled in a UX Bootcamp to get started and worked on a few projects afterward. I love the feeling of accomplishment when I help solve real problems with the power of design.
Outside of Design
When I’m not working, I spend most of my time with my dog. I go boxing whenever I can, and I go snowboarding in winter. I love all the good food that New York City has to offer. Traveling is something that keeps me alive and inspired. I love traveling to different countries and cities to experience local food and explore local architecture. Although I don’t practice architectural design anymore, I still love to see great architecture around the world.
